Upstream Providers FIXED: Sydney Outage

Engineers from our Upstream Provider have restored connectivity to the affected carrier.

If you are still experiencing issues, please open a support ticket with us.

Upstream Providers UPDATE: Sydney Outage

We've identified the issue to be residing within our Upstream Provider's network. Any customers not with Telstra or Optus will likely be experiencing issues, as our upstream provider routes through Vocus (the provider having issues).

Our Upstream Provider is attempting to resolve this issue. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Upstream Providers Sydney Outage

We've just been notified by our monitoring systems that an outage is occurring within our datacenter. Investigations are currently underway, and a status update will be provided shortly.
